Upon reading about Howard Zinn I have come to find out that that he was very involved in the
United States and within the communities. He really liked to voice his opinion about certain social issues that were going on. He didn't care much about what people thought. He told stories and other such things from a different point of view. He liked to be straight forward about the issue at hand. He wasn't going to butter it up and make it sound better then it was he would just be honest with you and tell you how it should be told.
He was a Best Selling author and wrote and published over 20 books in his time. He was a social activist that had a strong voice and strong opinion about things. He was a professor of Boston University from 1964-1988. H wrote nothing more then about anti war movements and civil rights movements because he liked to spread the knowledge of the United States history and what has happened that we never knew about or stuff that we already knew but he just put in another perspective so that we would understand more thoroughly and from more then just one angle and point of view.
